Brown Cottage Our shingled summer cottage is in the middle of Ocean Point, up on a hill, dead end street, and quiet. Bedroom 1 has a double bed with half bath, bedroom 2 has a double bed, and bedroom 3 has twin beds. The full bath has a shower. The laundry room has a new washer and dryer, and there is a full kitchen. There are two color televisions with cable. The partial ocean view is seen from the deck, the dining area, and one bedroom. We have a wood stove for heat, and linens are provided. It is an easy walk to all activities, dock, tennis, swimming, playground, and community center. No Smoking. Immaculate. $900 per week. |
