There is a pull-out couch in the living room. There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the smaller bedroom has twin beds. There are 1 and 1/2 baths, and the full bath has a tub. A washer and dryer are located in a room off the kitchen. Further amenities include: cable TV, internet, phone, Rinnai heater in the living room, new Weber grill, stone fireplace, patio furniture. Flowers and window boxes are enjoyed on the deck and from the living room. No smoking, no pets, no small children. 1-2 week rental. |

Osprey Cottage Built in 1979, Osprey Cottage has charm in a peaceful, private setting while only a few minutes’ walk from the ocean. The child-friendly cottage has a private, safe yard, two bedrooms with flexible bed arrangements and an open concept living/dining area. The living room has a brick fireplace. The first bed room is used as a master with two twin beds arranged as a king. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a twin on top. There is a stacked washer/dryer in that room as well. The bathroom has a shower and tub combination. A Weber grill is provided. There is a screened porch that is perfect for a cup of tea or watching the sun rise. Cottage has a full kitchen, cable TV and microwave. You provide your own linen, towels and charcoal. |

Brown Cottage Our shingled summer cottage is in the middle of Ocean Point, up on a hill, dead end street, and quiet. Bedroom 1 has a double bed with half bath, bedroom 2 has a double bed, and bedroom 3 has twin beds. The full bath has a shower. The laundry room has a new washer and dryer, and there is a full kitchen. There are two color televisions with cable. The partial ocean view is seen from the deck, the dining area, and one bedroom. We have a wood stove for heat, and linens are provided. It is an easy walk to all activities, dock, tennis, swimming, playground, and community center. No Smoking. Immaculate. $800 per week.
