The rate for 2008, covering your listing up to 11/1/2008, is $125. This is a simple flat fee. There are no commissions or other charges. Rates for 2008 are slightly higher due to the fact that BRFRBO is now a new member of the Boothbay Harbor Region Chamber of Commerce (this is expected to bring in even more inquiries).
We run a classified ad in the Boothbay Register every week all year long under Summer Rentals.
We use "AdWords" advertising on Google.
We carry calendars showing your cottage availability in 2008.
