The Love Nest

This delightful, bright and sunny bungalow has two bedrooms and one bath.  The L shaped living room allows two sitting areas and privacy.  The dining room table seats 6 comfortably. An awning allows you to sit in either the sun or shade while on the back porch.  The back porch also allows you a bit of a view of the Mill Pond.  The house is located on lovely Murray Hill in the quintessential Maine coastal village of East Boothbay.

It is just a two minute walk to the East Boothbay General Store where you can purchase your morning coffee, delicious muffins, mouth watering sandwiches, wine, gourmet treats, etc.  Stroll four minutes in the other direction and you are at the boat ramp and town dock on Linekin Bay.  You can hear the fog horn in the distance while you enjoy the convenience of village living.  Walk to the post office, marina, Lobsterman’s Wharf Restaurant, two boat building facilities, and Ship Builder’s Park, all overlooking the Damariscotta River.

You can hop in your car and be at Ocean Point in less than ten minutes.  Ten minutes in the other direction brings you to Boothbay Harbor.
