Located on the east side of the harbor with gorgeous westerly views from the deck, of the harbor and all its boating activity. This two bedroom condominium has been totally renovated since 2006. All new kitchen, flooring, powder room and baths, freshly painted throughout, and new lighting fixtures are some of many improvements that were made. Tastefully furnished and also includes all linens, dishes and washer/dryer. Property is ready for immediate occupancy. Master bedroom has a king bed and second bedroom has either a king or two twin beds.

Lakeside Cottage

Lakeside Cottage is a compact newly decorated bright and cheery one bedroom cottage overlooking Appalachee Lake. Grill dinner on the deck while enjoying the sunset over the lake. Relax in the open living/dining/kitchen area and be taken in by the lake views from the extensive windows. Watch movies on the cable TV equipped with a DVD player. The bedroom has a queen bed, the bath has a shower and there is a sofa bed in the living room.  Swim or put the cottage kayak in the lake or in the ocean at the Community Dock , a two minute walk away. Cottage is pet friendly and has free high-speed WiFi!

Vacation steps away from both the ocean and a fresh water lake! You decide if you want to put the cottage kayak in at the lake or ocean. Wonderful views of Linekin Bay from a 30-foot open deck and living room with French doors. This cottage is airy and bright, with a contemporary feel and very comfortable furnishings. Two bedrooms with en suite baths make it an ideal rental for two couples vacationing together or a family. Large living room has a sofa bed and futon. Sleeps 6 guests.
