| Second Mate cottage is vintage 1950's that has been recently renovated and completely restocked for your enjoyment. The cottage is a housekeeping cottage with towels and linens provided. Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. No pets or smoking permitted. Occupancy limited to two adults. A 7% Maine tax is added to the weekly fee.
